All content, designs, and images on this Website are owned by NK Creation Co. LLC or licensed to us. They are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.

Note: Our totes are crafted from authentic, pre-owned L.L.Bean Boat & Tote bags. NK Creation Co. is not affiliated with or endorsed by L.L.Bean.

3. Product Disclaimer

Every tote is upcycled from a pre-loved bag. Natural variations, prior embroidery shadowing, softened canvas, patina, or small marks may exist. These details are not defects — they are part of the bag’s unique story.

4. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Because each item is custom and one-of-a-kind, purchases cannot be refunded once made.

• If, in rare cases, we agree in writing to accept a return, the item will be subject to a 50% restocking fee payable by the purchaser. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping in any approved case.

• We strongly encourage you to review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before purchasing. Additional photos can be provided upon request prior to checkout.

5. Condition Guide

To help set expectations, items may be described using the following guide:

• Mint: As pristine as the day it was originally sold, showing no wear.

• Near Mint: Shows only the slightest signs of being worn or aging.

• Excellent: Minor wear or age such as light surface scratches or slight fading.

• Very Good: Wearable but with visible flaws (staining, color fading, scuffs, etc.).

• Good: Significant wear, staining, or visible repairs. Still usable but with multiple flaws.

6. Services (if applicable)

• Services such as patching, lining, or customization must be used within 365 days (1 year) of purchase.

• After 365 days without communication, the service is forfeited with no refund.

• If you send us an item for service and do not respond within 365 days, it will be returned to the address on file “as is” at your expense.

7. Shipping Policy

• Processing time is 14 business days once ordered and then shipped. Pre-orders or sourced vintage bags may take longer; you will be notified.

• All shipments include tracking through USPS/UPS/FedEx with insurance and signature confirmation.

• Risk of loss passes to you once a carrier marks a package as delivered.

• International orders (if offered) may incur duties/taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Discount Codes

• Discount codes apply only to material goods. Services (patching, lining, customization) are excluded.

• If you forget to apply a code, you may request a correction within 24 hours. Corrections are issued as store credit, valid for one year.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.

Information collected:

• Name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider).

• Site usage, IP address, and cookie/analytics data.
